The Problem With Democracy
In the 18th century, Enlightenment savours thought they could get results of the Christian worldview without paying the price of allegiance to the Christian God. They thought therefore that if the people became divine, the voice of the people is the voice of God, then this would mean that the people will always get it right. That is an abdication of Christian responsibility.
