The Evolution of Commercial Due Diligence

Tech due diligence is an absolutely critical capability that Bain have and its toolkit, because as Hank mentioned earlier, software is becoming more and more germane to more and more deals. I think we're in any one, maybe the bottom of the first inning when it comes to technology due diligence and its evolution. There are still many, many firms out there that use no one or that use a single mom and pop shop who can't do the full suite of robust activities required for value creation.
