locations are good factor yeah locations very important in property. you do more than just the usual underneath to let an agent Yeah we've got a property up in Manchester that we use an agent to do it and we think they're not great so yeah rightYeah and we find properties up north much harder I'd say than in the southeast but you know arguably you can get the yields up north and the cattle growth down south if we look hard enough Right okay?
