The Importance of Bottoming Out

I usually go by a feeling-based approach of what actually feels like a good little thing. Some landings are pretty much bottomed out completely, because it's a super heavy drop. Other landings are not straight-legged, but without very much bending in my legs at all. We don't have good evidence that that's the correct way to land. So there's a couple concepts that I like. One is just a no-sebo effect. The other is the absolute sebo effect. When you tell somebody, you give them a pill, they get better whether the pill is medicine or not.
