The vast majority of the bugs I file stay open forever with no commentary or response ever coming back my way. The secrecy dial is set too conservatively, and rather than tell us that even you're looking into it, we see status open. That's problem number one. So we can't tell if you're looking at our bugs, and frankly, it seems most of the time that you're not.
