Training loads, speeds overall, volume and life style is like that. 90 per cent of what you need to focus on are the capacity side of things. There's a lot of different factors here that can influence that. If we are fatigued, we're going to have a lower capacity for our tissues to function,. Our muscles will be less tolerant to stress. And then there are other subtle factors that i think sometimes we can’t always account for, or we can't always change, but we can account for.
