What Kinds of Feedback Would Be Good?
For example, in the HTTPS report, we did a lot of iterations with product experts or smaller groups of people using it. Users were frustrated by this and I totally understand that. So I have to provide labeling either A, can we split this off sometimes to be more specific and B, provide real steps as to like, it's one of these things what it is and what you can do to fix it. And hopefully people will not think that we're just sort of hand waving or trying to be secretive but that really, this is information that we don't know at the product level.
