The Star Effect of Saffron Is Definitely a Star Effect
Safron can actually protect some of the cells that make hormones so maybe through this mechanism it can enhance hormonal profiles a little bit but it's not like tongue out of ear systanch speeding up testosterone production or like horny goat weed increasing estrogenic effects.
