I think one of the big things is keeping the fun, keeping the joy of it. Once we've done a certain distance, we feel like we just have to keep doing it. And it's okay to chase different goals. I'm right now working on like the 10 K and I'm like, I've been running 20 years and never focused on the 10 K. So that's one tip I have.
