The Learning Curve Had Just Flattened Out
I saw a window of opportunity if i could take the private equity mine set where you're buying the business and you expect to own it for five to ten years. And do that with publicly traded securities, where i'd buy three or four % of a business, but i'd have a very long term view. I thought that might be something that would work and would be appealing to some investors. It's like the learning curb had just flattened out. How many employment agreements can you negotiate? Mean, that's what it came down to.
