Civ: A Non-Narrative Game

Civ is not exactly the most exciting game it's one of the few non-narrative games I enjoy. My favorite game that isn't like this and it does have a story unlike civilization is sins of a solar empire which has three massive civilizations all fighting each other. There is a story behind each one of them and there is no turn based combat so you have to make sure your ships are nearby. It takes you a month in game to travel from one side of the galaxy to the other or more but civilizations a little bit easier just you can air drop people in on civilization which is nice really.
