How to Be an Entrepreneur

As a venture capitalist, 99 out of 100 situations that you encounter, you are saying no. You have to really turn your thinking or your mindset when you go from a VC to an entrepreneur. Do you still take the same approach to risk as you did on day one of founding the company now that it's a big company? I think of Apple, and of course Apple will trick me right and come out with something brand new tomorrow. But their latest product is that their phone is now available in yellow which does not strike me as a risk.
