The Difference Between Stretching the Law and Stretching the Facts
The department of justice charged trump with treason related to his attention of classified documents after the statute of limitations had run on the actual crime. The elements of treason would have to be stretched beyond their limits their purpose to achieve a desired outcome. i'm willing to take at face value all the facts well and i think another example without going to light treason that is really appropriate here might be the bob mcdonald prosecution.
