Eternalism all f the past, present and future moments of time exist. They never come into existence, and they never pass out of existence. So wim and craig that eternalism is incompatible with the doctrine of creation exniilo. Why does craig think that? Well, creation ixniilo says that there is, in fact, a prior state of affairs where god exists all alone.
