Brad: My biggest learning is, I think in every aspect of life, there needs to be balance. It's not something that comes easy. You have to work on it. And for me, it's very much still a work compromise. So this is not an O-Pour Me scenario, because again, my little thing, which is almost beside the point, but the point is you need to create some kind of balance.
