How to Study a Finger Snap?
Physicists at georgia tech set up a series of experiments examine the physics of a basic finger snap. They recorded a series of snaps from different people using a high speed camera that made these instant nous events much easier to analyze. And what did they find? When a person snaps their fingers, the hand mimics a kind of machine physicists call alampsa.
Today, you’ll learn about a super exciting space program, blasting off in a few months, that will take us back to the moon for the first time in 50 years, how the simple snap of your fingers actually involves some cool physics and the chemistry behind the skunky stank of cannabis.
