Is There a New Owner in the Premier League?

Chelsea fans are struggling with the new ownership at Stamford Bridge. They're also struggling with potter's style of play and his lack of signings. I don't think he wants to try a different style just to get short-term results. We need to find out if it is a thing where if he does have enough time He can coach a team to play the way he wants them to play. Bear minimum you give him until the beginning next season when he has had his preseason. It looks like Mason Mark might not even be it be a starter for Spurs. So this whole thing for me is is A lot of it is based on potential but so far nobody seems to believe in that.
