i think it's really important to understand origin stories. And i think in the origin stories that underlies mindfulness base cogno therapy, there actually wasn't a lot of talk about mindfulness. The eclipsing of psychological therapies was a casualty of that. A lot of our work tried to make the case that there are lots of things that people can do for themselves to help them come out of a depression. and one of those things happened to be practising mindfulness meditation.
