The Importance of Intention Scales in Fertility Awareness
Not all women are able to rely on mucus only as the only way to identify the beginning of that fertile window in the pre-obulatory phase. Women who do not have a strong mucus sign just generally can possibly have a harder time being very, very accurate with a mucus method. That's what I have found. And so there's a lot of women who then need that additional sign in the pre.-obulatory phase to help them to define that fertile window.
