How to Beat Your External Competition

Every human being has a competitive nature ingrained in them. We're all born with the competitiveness inside of us and then it's weeded out by society. A lot of people do themselves a disservice because they don't feel comfortable saying that they're competing with people who want to win. When you deny competition as the reality, you're setting yourself up for a lifetime of fucking beatings so I am going to beat my competition better than I was yesterday but external competition does exist.
