There's no evidence that the like regional bank size things are losing deposits faster than the too big to fail type banks. Bank of Hawaii would be more have more CNI type customers but I wouldn't be surprised if 50% or something of deposits are normally over the limits there. First Hawaiian does a similar market share and deposit ranking as Bank of Hawaii in terms of their loan caps.
