I would say there's not one thing that I like sustainably do without fail all of the time, unless I'm sort of going back to be sex. Like having permission to have really easy snacks has been really helpful. My partner and I will have almost like eight nights for the week. So we'll do like a taco Tuesday and a pasta Thursday. And so then all I have to do is decide what is the flavor profile? "Having zero plan has definitely backfired"
