All of our assets are custody that third party institutional qualified custodians so the Bitwise 10 BITW is custody with Coinbase institutional. Our DeFi fund is custody at Anchorage. Our Bitcoin Fund is custody at Fidelity and we do that for security. We don't stake the majority of our or any of our assets at this point because there's added risk on there so we just take assets and stick them in. Rides be close to governance so I'll let him jump in on the governance run. Sure.
