The Relationship Between Neighborhoods and Rents
The best neighborhoods don't seem to correlate with rent, but not that positively. One of the biggest correlations on the data was % of adults in the neighborhood who returned their senses form. Little girls who move to neighborhoods with a lot of adult female scientists are more likely to become scientists themselves. Black boys who grow up in neighborhoods with a lots of black fathers around have better outcomes on many dimensions. And i think the other adults were exposing our kids to may be having more of an impact than we sometimes think.
