I think the hardest thing to self reflect on is finding the areas where you're a hypocrite. How does one form an intrinsic sense of morality that isn't just influenced by what society approves of? And how do you build that set of morals, and how do you even start to strengthen your internal integrity like that? Ed a couple of points. We talked about how it's dependent on what's going on around you. But there's this time frame thing, which is like, even if i can imagine this is n i suppose what you want to do is extend your time frame,. Even though it gets hard.
