How I Edited My First Novel
I've always written stories in the like fantasy sci-fi space. And then more recently, started writing more contemporary stuff with no speculative elements at all. But then when I had this idea and I just sort of thought, no, this is way better. This is good. I need to go with this. So that really was a big influence as well. You love sci-fi. You love romance. We see that incorporated here and against the stars. How did you settle on these genres? Was it kind of that comfort space? Were you looking to create your own version of what you love?
