Is Diagnostic a Diagnosis?

Knowing what you are dealing with is equally, or rather preferentially important, than therapeutics. The diagnosis has two distinct parts: the location of the source of the noxious input and how it affects your experience. To me, the clinicall its a bio psycho social event. But my particular interest is in the patho anatomy, the biological and mera physiological effects. And then if there are psycho social factors too, then you have to deal with those too. It's a complex cascade of ofvence that a start in the periphery, almost always, and is modulated all way through to your conscious consciousness.
