Allegra Spender's View on Social Inequality
Allegra Spender is the MP for Wentworth in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. The daughter of fashion designer Carlos Empadi and former Liberal MP, John Spender. When it came to house prices, she seemed genuinely quite torn up about the fact that two people on good income are unable to afford a home. She started talking about equality of opportunity rather than equality of outcome.
