I think it's almost the team leader understanding that their role isn't to be the leader, but to be the one that draws the team together. So your job is almost like the coach of the team to bring the best out of the team rather than the striker on the team who just wants everybody to help them score the goals. And so it's genuinely first amongst the equals and is yes, like the coach and he's genuinely showing servant leadership himself. Which I suppose looks like not sweating the small stuff, is it? Getting out the chairs, doing the coffee, loving it.We all know what serving looks like. We often delegate it out or we pay a cleaner to do it
