The most important ting y, the boseport things, is the energy body work, or sematic practice, embodiment. I think just starting with energy body practice is probably the safest bet in terms of like ordering or some other embodyment practice. But mostlyi i a embraced either people's a erose and like curiosity for some people, or their di comfort in what they were resisting. So those tend to be the two a teachers that i tried to honor in somebody's experience when when i'm working with them. And i think they have a kind of intrinsic wisdom in terms of what they're attempting to reveal to us.
