Who Do the Panel Trust for Federated ID Services?

John asks who does the panel trust for federated ID services? Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Red Hat, other. John as in John isn't one of the people to trust. Trust is not an on off thing. It's a sort of a shades of grey thing isn't it? I trust Apple to appoint a Twitter and Facebook not Microsoft reasonably good.
