The trial was designed to allow for at least two crossovers. Both strategies are being investigated and they're comparing it to what we probably think about as standard defibrillation technique in refractory VF. Now with this they propose that they'd need 930 patients to be recruited to have an 80% power to find an alpha level of 0.05. Rob, the paper has had a lot of attention but I know certainly go to the abstract this might look like a bit of a game changer but we're meant to read on further than the abstract.
