The Importance of Documenting Everything
My second lawsuit was a situation actually at a friend's property and so this was we have a few friends who are investors in Philadelphia as well. We helped a particular friend we worked their property manager but we opened the door and we did showings for them. I think that's a problem in the industry in general is this whole stereotype that big bad landlord versus you know poor little tenant like I think it's so counterproductive.
