Is There a Trend in VIX?

The term structure in VIX is elevated, which means that it is going to be interesting times ahead. I do expect the VIX term structure to normalize a little bit or moderate down to somewhere around 24 level for the front month. The back months can again resume the normal term structure as compared to the one right now.
