The Importance of Understanding Your Background
I think there's sort of two things that were extraordinarily helpful. One is and I guess this probably speaks a little bit to to buyer business fit as many you'll call it. While I know relatively little about the right I knew relativelylittle about the towing industry. Matt my GM is a 20 year Navy vet exited exited as a captain. He's run crews of you know several hundred plus sailors. So he personally has much more experience dealing with that let's call it a blue collar background because that'ssort of fundamentally what most of the Navy enlisted ranks are.
