How to Balance Learning and Learning at Intercom
I think for us, something I'm always interested in is how do people like upskill or get to grips with product if they're coming from a different background. For me, my experience at Intercom, it was really learning by watching other people with a lot of experience and seeing how they did things. And then Monzo, where it was learning by doing. And so it's thinking about like how you balance between the two types of learning. That learning can happen from people outside of your company. So through mentors, through talking to people that you have got a lot of experienced or listening to them on podcasts.
