Legal Reforms and the State's Resilience to Change

Shikrishan: Legal industry especially when it comes to litigation is highly resistant to any kind of reforms. He says lawyers are resistance to change but I think sometimes we all have failed to sort of really be able to articulate like how does this better each of our lives including that of the lawyers. There's a lot of opportunity to leverage technology to reimagine processes completely litigation, he adds.
