Starboard Shareholder Activis 800 Million Dollars in Go Daddy Inc.
The new york base hedge fund said in a regulatory filing that it held a six point five % stake in the technology company, go daddy ink. Starboard has a history of pushing for changes at compani's in the technology sector. Its shares rose seven % to 81 dollars a share on monday.
