"It was truly just such a surreal phone call to receive," says former CIA officer. "We really look for just such a wide variety of people." There's no swimming requirement, but not something other than running and sprinting. The SPO role requires the person to be able to provide support that's necessary to allow everyone inside to do their job safely.
