The Language Neuroscience Podcast
Introduction
Olivia Leo is the Executive Director of the Rotary Club of Nashville. She had a brain tumour discovered that was located in the left posterior temporal region. This called for presurgical language mapping with functional MRI. Olivia's surgeon, Dr. Reed Thompson, decided to perform an awake craniotomy and asked her to speak during it.
