Is China a Bigger Threat Than a Surveillance Balloon?

CNN's John Defterios says China should have painted its spy balloon blue. The Chinese regime does a lot of spying, but all these things are hidden and sometimes it's hard to like show me it's pixel and sophisticated. There's something psychological about the presence of a gigantic balloon that makes people suddenly feel the threat - even though it's actually substantially less of a threat than many of the other things the Chinese regime is doing in terms of their warfare.
