Is There Something Special About Zone Two?
There's nothing special about zone two, but there is something unique or different about what zone two lets you do within the context of a training plan. Once you get into like 20, 25, 30 hours, this kind of thing does come with his own fatigue. There are fewer days where you can do really good high quality work because that endurance riding does have its own level of fatigue.
