The Future of Housing in the 20th Century
I think people should have more choice and by more choice what I mean is, you know, if someone wants to stay. One issue with a lot of American city zoning is that it's really hard to zone and finance for large units in your city centers. There are definitely some cities who have made positive steps in that direction. Like Vancouver, they're very intentional about zoning for families in the city center but American cities are mostly not.
