Don't Ever Go on a Diet
There's no need to go on a diet. Have fun with it. Change your whole lifestyle instead. Reroute the way that you think about eating in a way that's healthy and not obsessive. Eating healthy makes you feel better. That's the number one most important thing. And it's better for your body so that, you know, you can live a nice long, strong healthy life or do your best to do so.
