Many young women have no interest in being a part of an institution that commits microaggressions on the regular. Up until recently, sisters couldn't even say the opening prayer in a meeting because it was supposed to be opened by a priesthood holder. Other ways that we think missionary service could and should be reformed that has more sensitivity around patriarchy.
