When Sharing Notes Publicly, Having a Clear Place to Start

When sharing notes publicly, having a clear place to start makes total sente. Most people won'tae have learnt, researched, sumed the same information as me. So if they were to go into my space, they would have nowhere to start. And i don't think it needs to change.
