Do You Have Ambition?
The Federalist Society in 1982 was started by law students. The question is not so much do you have that argument and do you have ambition? It's do you have resonance? And I think that the, the Dobbs decision in many ways robs these individuals, a lot of the resonance of their argument. If you want to see the conservative legal movement begin to implode upon itself, you would uphold Roe. That would be a path of profound instability for American legal world.
