Billy Boy did design a second Billy Boy Barbie for the American market in 1986. The final portrait that Andy Warhol created in the year before his death, he passed away in 1987, was none other than Barbie. He took a Barbie that I had given him and turned it into a portrait and called it portrait of Billy Boy.
