The Importance of Chat GPT in Customer Service
In the past few months, since the introduction or the commercial introduction of chat GPT, it's just captured the popular is like almost no technology we've seen in the past 20 or 30 years. In some ways you could argue their, their incremental improvements on top of things that have existed for a while. I think there's something else interesting about chat GPT: It's a very friendly, polite, young person that I'm interacting with. And I would be comfortable having my parents who are 88 and 91 use chat GPT and they would be very comfortable interacting with it.
