Is There a Waiting List?

There's a diversity up and down the country. Some sigts are directly managed by the council. But most of them, the counci may own the land or even a private organization. And then there's local management. For example, in my town, we have a committee. We have a society, and then they do the day to day running of the allotments. I've been on my local waiting list for seven years. Russell whats, what’s the answer to that? Are there any alternatives? Well, there are one or two ways.
